Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland delivery will take 3 - 5 working days.
Delivery to Mainland UK will take 5 - 7 working days.
All other delivery times will depend on location. Where possible we will give you a tracking number.
All dates are approximate, courier delivery times can vary depending on demand.
DAMAGED & REJECTED GOODS
We ask that you check goods on arrival at final destination. If we have not heard from you within 30 days we will assume that you have accepted the goods as being of an acceptable quality. (This does not affect your statutory rights.)
If you do notify us of any defect or issue within 30 days we will replace the item or offer a refund.
We want all Sharesiopa products to be received in perfect condition. If goods received have been damaged in any way in transit we will offer an exchange or refund. Again, we ask that we are informed of any issues with 7 days of receiving them.
We ask that all returns are sent back to the address below within 30 days of receipt. A rejection due to a defect, fault or discrepancy in the order means you will entitled to a full refund or replacement.
The card you used for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase amount and delivery cost. The faulty or damaged product must be returned to Sharesiopa before the refund or replacement can be issued. When returning items we’d ask that you hold on to proof of postage; we can’t take responsibility for parcels that are lost in transit.
Cancellations are accepted only before the order has been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, we cannot cancel the transaction. The order will be considered valid and you will be liable for the full payment.
